Shipping policy

UK Delivery

We ship via Royal Mail, with two tracked options for mainland UK:

Royal Mail First Class (24hr, tracked)

Royal Mail Second Class (48hr, tracked)

Postage cost depends on the weight and size of your parcel.

EU Delivery

£7.50 for parcels up to 1.5kg

£15.00 for parcels from 1.5kg to 3kg

Returns & Return Shipping

To return an item, email hello@spiceorigin.com and we will contact you with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable; if a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it. For items over £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
