I use this paste daily to help my knees. I take 1/4 teaspoon every morning with cold water. It is easy to take and I have noticed the affects on my joints. We also use it in curries. The flavour is amazing

As a life long cynic there was no one more sceptical than me about the magical claims of the wonders of tumeric ( after all it's just a spice right? ) but honestly my mobility was so bad that I gave it a go out of desperation. I started off making a large batch of my own golden paste and although it takes a while to kick in the results were amazing. However the extra strength 4.7 % of spice origin readymade and the fabulous relief of not having to prepare this myself ( saving my kitchen from turning yellow ) has been an absolute game changer. I have a repeat order every two months and I can't recommend it highly enough.
