Unfortunately due to a catastrophic failure in our main refrigeration unit, all remaining golden paste stock have gone off, and need to be destroyed. This is a massive and unexpected blow to the business, and comes at a time where we have not been able to bring in new inventory. We are working hard with our farmers and suppliers to import the essential ingredients asap and hope to be back in business in the coming weeks.
Any customer which has already been paid will be notified and refunded and all subscriptions will be paused until such point where we have new stock.
I know many of you rely on our products and I can only apologise for any problems this may cause. I hope to welcome you back as a loyal customer at the very earliest opportunity.
